See a finished page
El Paso Community College's page is a good model of a finished profile. Here is where each part of it comes from in this form.
- Step 1About you and your institution: your institution's name, your president or chancellor, and a point of contact if someone else is submitting
- Step 2Institution profile: description, logo and website link
- Step 3Commitment areas: a short introduction and key figures for each commitment
- Step 4Commitment stories: stories, which appear under their commitment. We recommend 3 or more stories, but the number is optional.
About you and your institution
The National Student Success Project is a president- and chancellor-level commitment. Your institution's president or chancellor must agree to it. Someone else may fill out and submit this form on their behalf.
Since you're submitting on the president or chancellor's behalf, please confirm they have agreed to the commitment. We'll contact you with any questions about this submission.

Commitment areas
NSSP has five commitment areas. Add a short introduction for each area your institution is advancing. Your stories appear beneath the matching area on your page. This step is optional: if you skip an area, its stories still appear without an introduction.
Commitment stories
One story per initiative. We invite you to submit several stories across different commitments to show your breadth.
